Filet Mignon Anyone – Winners Announced

Wow!  A lot of guesses.  Some creative choices.  But most were wrong answers.

Finally three people reached into their memories far enough and dug up some historical clarity to guess the right answer.  These winners were quite confident and rightfully so.  The answer is a pressurized Kerosene Fuel Tank for a hot kettle.  Commercial roofers should have had an easier time guessing.  Here is a list of our winners:

  • Lee Saterlee         Oostrander Roofing – Belding, MI
  • Gerry Kieff            Kieff’s Roofing – Coral, MI
  • Tom Schwartz      Tom Schwartz Roofing – Battle Creek, MI

All of these winners will be receiving a case of filets from a local Allendale Meat Market and hand delivered to their homes.

We appreciate all of the interest and interactive involvement in this mini contest.  We will try some more of these soon as we enjoyed reading all of your answers.

Hi Greg! Phil doesn’t touch the computer, so he made me look this up today. Can I guess?
I think it is an old water heater.
Whatever it is – I think it is a great idea. Do you do charcoal in there?
    Hope I win!!!
